Production Flow

Extruded processing
Aluminum extruded. Aluminium bar is heated and sent into extrusion machine to extruded the profile same as drawing.
Powder Coating production
Aluminum Powder coating is a coating method that uses a spray gun or a disc atomizer to disperse the liquid into uniform and fine droplets with the help of pressure or centrifugal force and apply it to the surface of the object.
Anodized Coating Production
The anodizing process in which aluminum and its alloys form an anodized film on aluminum products (anodizing) under the action of an external current in the corresponding electrolyte and specific process conditions.
CNC Processing
The aluminum profile deep processing refers to the further processing of aluminum materials, such as punching, fine sawing, polishing, welding, and milling, to produce products with higher added value.
Construction System Finish
According to the door and window size, style and environment required by the customer, we select the corresponding aluminum profiles, glass and hardware accessories, and process and assemble the finished system.
